Terms of Service

Last updated: July 10, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DigDeep analytics platform and related websites and services (the "Service"), operated by [Company Legal Name] ("DigDeep", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. The Service

DigDeep provides a multi-tenant analytics platform that lets you connect data sources, model a governed semantic layer, explore data, build dashboards, and use an AI assistant. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Plans, billing, and payment

Paid plans are billed on a per-creator-seat basis; only creators (owners, admins, and editors) are billed, while viewers are free. Fees are charged through our payment provider and are stated exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for.

Plan changes take effect according to your billing cycle. Usage-based charges, such as AI assistant token overages and embedded analytics sessions, are metered and billed in addition to your plan fees. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

4. Free plan

We may offer a free plan with limited capacity. We may change the limits of, or discontinue, the free plan at any time. Free plans may stop certain metered functionality rather than incur overage charges.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • Upload or process data you do not have the right to use, or that infringes the rights of others;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service;
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service except as permitted by law; or
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or to resell it without our authorization.

6. Your data and content

As between you and DigDeep, you retain all rights to the data you connect, upload, or create in the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for Your Content, for having the necessary rights and consents to use it, and for configuring access controls appropriately within your organization.

7. AI features

The AI assistant generates responses using third-party models and may produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise flawed. AI output does not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it, and changes that write to your workspace require your approval.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by DigDeep and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service other than the limited right to use it as permitted here.

9. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party data sources, connectors, and model providers. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. You are responsible for your own credentials and compliance with those services.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your use poses a security or liability risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete Your Content after a reasonable period, subject to any legal-retention obligations.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigDeep and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DigDeep and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing-law jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in [Governing-law jurisdiction] will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, except where prohibited by applicable law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
